We act as an intermediary and advisor; we do not act as a government authority, bank, or immigration department.
No Guarantee of Approvals
While we work diligently to prepare and submit accurate, complete documentation, we cannot and do not guarantee approval of any application by a government authority, bank, or immigration department. Approvals for licences, bank accounts, and visas remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant authority or institution.
Client Responsibilities
